Josephine Rekart is a research consultant working in
areas of social policy and social research. She has had a long-term
association with the Social Planning and Research Council of British
Columbia (SPARC) and has worked with various levels of government and
with non-profit agencies. She has also taught at the School of Social
Work at the University of British Columbia.
