Amitav Acharya is an associate professor in the
Department of Political Science at York University and a senior
research fellow of the University of Toronto-York University Joint
Centre for Asia Pacific Studies. Richard Stubbs is a
professor in the Department of Political Science at McMaster University
and academic adviser to the Canada-ASEAN Centre's Academic Support
Programme.
